Through discussion with the separation and divorce coach, information about your family, family issues, and ideas regarding future family matters is collected to create and develop insight, tools, plans, strategies, and / or, agreements that apply to your specific situation.

Coaching Package

After speaking with the separation and divorce coach, you can choose a combination of services (outlined below) that will provide you with the best way to resolve your separation / divorce, and enable you to move forward with your life.

Separation and Divorce Coaching assists you to:

  • Learn tools and steps needed to create strategies for child / children issues such as custody and access, and for parent issues such as parenting, finances and property;
  • Understand your communication style to enable you to express in words and present your needs clearly without ruffling any feathers;
  • Discover and learn about options and techniques to best plan for and manage separation / divorce issues specific to your situation;
  • Learn about a child-centered parenting strategy that allows for parents to parent, and for children to not to be caught in the middle;
  • Recognize, understand and create tools to alleviate stress handling contentious issues;
  • Gain insight and support into managing your feelings;
  • Develop strategies that will manage your immediate and long term needs

Post Separation / Divorce Coaching provides you with:

Support, options and strategies to fine tune or update existing family plans or agreements. For instance, if an existing agreement was arranged when the children were in elementary school and they are now entering middle or high school, a new access schedule probably needs to be designed; or, if one parent moves further away from the other parent and the current family plan / arrangement needs to reflect this new change.

Grief Coaching assists you with:

Support, providing insight and learning tools and strategies to manage your loss / grief of your relationship to enable you to move forward with your life, empowering you to make plans for the future.

Family Mediation

A family mediator, acting as a neutral third party facilitator for both you and your partner, assists you both to develop a mutual win / win separation / divorce agreement meeting both of yours' and your family's needs.

Separation and Divorce TeleCoaching assists you with:

  • Ongoing support, dialogue best options concerning your course action and strategies best for you and your family;
  • Updating and fine tuning of existing strategies, plans, or agreements;
  • Learning further techniques to successfully create strategies and design your family plans / agreements;
  • Providing insight into the development of new strategies, plans and agreements concerning your family

Access Supervision assists you with:

  • Providing experienced, thorough supervised access which ensures the safety and well being of your children;
  • Providing expert observational accounts of each visit;
  • Providing expert written reports and testimony used in court.
